Biography

Judi Beecher, a sexy magical blend of strength and vulnerability with a splash of quirkiness.

Judi began her career at the age of three. She produced, directed and starred in basement productions with a cast of cousins and an audience of relatives. At 10 she formed the "Beecher Sisters" a singing group with her sister Andrea. They performed at birthday parties in her home town of Great Neck, Long Island.

She's modeled in France, Italy and New York. She sang in the south of France next to the Gypsy Kings, and appeared in Cologne and Barcelona as a chanteuse. She's lived around the world and speaks French and Italian fluently and Spanish conversationally.

Her first professional acting job in America was with Woody Allen in "Coop Italia" a string of TV commercials for the Italian market.   She has performed in more than eleven Off-Broadway original theater productions and has co-starred in a movie for Showtime, and starred in numerous SAG independent films, she played a Stepford wife in the remake of “The Stepford Wives”, directed by Frank OZ.  She’s had recurring roles on the "Bold and the Beautiful" & "As the World Turns." She has co-starred/Guest Starred on “Law and Order”, "Jag", "The Shield" and "Once and Again".  She’s starred in dozens of commercials read the voices of 11 characters in the animated feature "Humphrey", played a 90 year old woman in a sex radio talk show and doe 

She produced, directed and starred in "The Gourmet Dinner" a festival short, which screened at the "No Dance Film Festival" at Sundance last year.
 Judi just returned from four months in France where she produced, directed and starred in the docu-feature "Finding Isabelle: A search for life after death" It is currently in post-production.

Her New York training includes acting masters as Uta Hagen, Bill Hickey, Bobby Lewis, Elaine Strich, (Master class), Stella Adler Conservatory and Kathryn Gately: 2yr Meisner program. In Los Angeles. She has studied with Larry Moss and Gordon Hunt.

On a personal note Judi loves travel, ballroom & Latin dancing, the ocean, nature, animals and spirituality. She studies yoga and coached at the Flash Forward Institute teaching career development for the entertainment industry, for four years.
